the apartments look good on the inside but they're good at making cheap look good. the parking is terrible you do have to park far away from your apt and often times there isn't anyplace to park throughout the week and weekends. the lighting is terrible in the the parking lot many a lot of cars have been getting broken into. Its also built next to a dirty trailer park. They advertise it as collegiate housing but its not close to campus its about a 15 min drive on a good day and its not close to anything the mall is a 30 minute drive way on the other side of town. Its not within walking distance to anything expect a Big Red. If you are a college student i wouldn't live there because of those reasons i just gave its more for a family type community. The train runs by and shakes the apartments, they raised the rent by 30 dollars thats why i moved out because they wanted more money. your electric bill will be outrageous if you live there because everything in the apartment runs on electricity. the maintnence is terrible the charge you for stuff you thats not your fault. Additionally the ladies in the office are very rude and lazy. when i was trying to pay my rent waiting at the front desk they were talking about a resident there saying that they cant afford to live there, when they realized i was standing there they quickly went to there desks and then someone helped me. the manager is not a manager at all she just smiles at you and tells you what you want to hear and nothing gets done. what it comes down too is that they don't take care of the residents there bottom line. Way over-priced. Many times there aren't even enough parking spaces in the resident and guest parking for residents! Always have to park way far away from my apartment. Cars got broken into every night! Mine got broken into twice in one year and they still refuse to put security cameras in the parking lot. Maintenence never knows what they are doing and they charge for maintenance jobs that arent your fault. The pool is tiny and disappointing. Ridiculously overpriced for what you get.
