The management office SUCKS. They just want to suck all the money from you, charging all ridiculous thing such as pet fine and trash fine. The only thing good about this apartment is the large bathroom, but the living room is very small and the bed room is standard. The price is too expensive ($600 without electricity). The room design is probably look nice, but all are made from cheap material which easily get damaged. and they're gonna fine you for it when you move out. They charged my friend for total $ 2,400 when she move out for changing carpet (I mean com'on how expensive the carpet going to cost you???) Also, the parking space is very small. I usually have to park far from my apartment building at night because there's no space left. and once again, the management really sucks. They want yo to pay everything as soon as possible (otherwise they gonna fine you more or cut down your internet) but it takes them very long to take care of your complaints. There are a lot of more worthed apartment for $600 outside! I rented from winter 10 through fall 10. ...

I think the mainly problem is the office people. the apartment itself is great. I rented from winter '09 through spring 10.

this place just gonna rip you off seriously. the office people won't help you a thing. they only gonna act like they didnt hear wat you complain or request about. i honestly think it is not worth for the rent. everything they will charge you. dont ever live there. Extremely inflexible staff that charged me $770 for a new carpet and vinyl when I left the apt., given that I left it spotless with the carpet looking almost brand new. They try to drain every penny out of you when any other apt complex (at least from the ones I've lived in) would happily give you your deposit back if all is clean. And if you were to move out for the summer, they say they can find you a sub-leaser but that's not the case at all. They fill other apartments before they even think of filling yours, so very business-minded and inconsiderate. I say there are other places that are less obvious about their interest in profit than these guys. I rented from fall '09 through summer 11. ...

The Stratum advertises as luxury apartment living and they make you think that you are getting what you are paying for. But it all actuality the place was thrown together with cheap material. There was a major plumbing problem above me that poured water into my apartment. They had to have service masters come out to dry everything out and cause a huge inconvenience let alone a giant electric bill and never offered to do anything for me. Definitely not worth the price. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear just about everything going on in your neighbors apartment (once again due to the poor quality of materials for construction). If you are willing to spend this much for an apartment I would advise you to look somewhere else where you will actually get what you are paying for. I rented from fall '09 through fall '09. ...
