I am a former IUPUI student transferring to a different campus. I need to sublease this furnished 1 BR /1BTH of a 2BR / 2BTH apartment with shared common living areas @ The Avenue. This is a 10 month lease, starting on August 15th, 2023 through May 31st, 2024 . The rent quoted to me was $1260/mo. The rent is $945, premium view $25-You will have to pay for those and the green fee $10/mo (green items below). I will give you an amount equal to the remaining charges and equal to $280/mo-includes parking ($60/mo), furnished unit ($35/mo), Short term fee($150/mo) so you can move out in May instead of 12 months lease and pet allowance ($35/mo)-red items below. So your monthly portion would be $980 and mine $280 (given for the months of the sublease once the contract is signed-if you move in).
