We offer 12-month leases starting at $520.00 per month. There is a $30.00 application fee, and a $200.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit and rental background check)

You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200.00 will go towards your move in expense.

We allow de-clawed and neutered cats, for an additional $200 non-refundable deposit and an additional $20.00 per month per cat.
