Rivergreen is located within walking distance to shopping, banking, and restaurants. We are an affordable housing community which means there are income qualifications for eligibility. We are fortunate to have long-time residents and we are always accepting applications for our waitlist. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom options and handicap-accessible apartments. Residents enjoy drive-up parking to their single-story apartment with private entrances.
It is not uncommon to see residents enjoying a beautiful day from the comfort of their front door.
