A cozy 3-bedroom home located on the northwest side of South Bend. The owner will provide the gas stove and fridge, but the tenant must provide their window A/C units during the warmer months and their washer and dryer. The tenant is responsible for yard maintenance, snow removal, and all utilities. Renter's insurance is mandatory. The first full month's rent and deposit are required to sign the lease, with a minimum 12-month lease term. No pets or smoking are allowed, but Section 8 is accepted.
