The leasee needs to be female. The other two roommates currently living there are females. The apartment is a great location on campus at the University of Illinois Ubrana-Champaign. The room itself includes a mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser drawers, and armoire that you can hang clothes in, with two drawers below it. There's a nice kitchen, living space with couches and a TV. There is in-unit laundry. There are kitchen supplies already in the kitchen. There are three bedrooms total and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms share a bathroom jack-and-jill style, and the other room has its own bathroom. I'm only leasing one room though. Also, there's a great window view from the living area/kitchen as well. The apartment building itself has a gym, study rooms, and a rooftop patio. Parking is based on availability and for an additonal fee.
