What do you love about this place?
Quiet building, 6 floors total with 36 units total, so has a boutique feeling. Residential area that's still in walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc. Very close to River North, West Loop + West Town.

What isn't so great about this place?
No doorman, but virtual (ButterflyMX) intercom is a decent substitute. No gym/pool/typical building amenities.
