Spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment first floor apartment

Subletting my 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment through June 31, with option to renew if you'd like! I really love this space and the area but job is taking me further away

A bit about the apartment:
1 bedroom is directly off kitchen and has a half bath in the bedroom
large living room with lots of good light separates the bedrooms from each other
2nd bedroom is larger, but no half bath
Heat included, for everything else (Internet, ComEd and Peoples Gas) I pay around a $125 month for utilities (but I have the highest internet plan lol)
The pics are of a very similar but different unit - there's no carpet in my unit but the floor plan is identical

SUCH a good area --
#6, #28, #171 busses stop right outside the building
2 blocks from the 51st/53rd Metra station - makes it super easy to get downtown
immediately off of LSD - makes commuting very nice!!
grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Walgreen's and Starbucks within 5-10 min walk
easy 15 min walk to the lake

perfect space for a grad student or family, it's on the East side of the UChicago campus which means farther from the noise and undergrads :)
