The apartment complex is conveniently located within walking distance (1-2 minutes) of the University of Chicago shuttle bus stop as well as the CTA bus stop which connects you to the UChicago campus and also downtown Chicago. The unit is available starting in April, and includes A/C, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The current lease terminates at the end of August 2022, and if you decide to rent I will transfer the lease to you and subsidize the rent such that you only pay $1550/month if you rent it from April to August or pay $1650/month if you rent it from May to August. This means the monthly rent is much lower than than a typical short-term rent. At the end of the least you will have the opportunity to renew the lease with Regents Park if you wish. Some basic and previous owned furnitures (desk, couch and bed) are included for free.
