2.5 Bed 2 bath apartment located near Ashland and Fullerton. Walkable distance from DePaul. The lease ends in the first week of July. The entire apartment is available for takeover or I can accommodate a room mate until the lease ends. The potential roommate will get the second bedroom. The half bedroom's closet space will be available to this room mate as well since I will be occupying the master bedroom. The rent for a roommate would be $1408 which is half the total rent. The rent includes everything except electricity. Internet is also included in the rent. Parking spot is available for an extra charge. If you want to be included in the lease, there is a $250 charge by the property management. The pictures show an empty apartment. Currently I do have some furniture. There is queen bed with a mattress along with some other furniture. You are free to use it and can buy it off of me at the end of the lease or you can bring your own furniture and I'll make sure to give you an empty room. Available to move in by Feb 1st. Alternatively, I'm open to two roommates as well if one of you is willing to take up the smaller room on their own. The rent will be adjusted accordingly.
