The apartment is falling apart and the management is not very quick to listen to problems or fix up stuff. The walls in my apartment are not well insolated and in the winter, the walls perspire and get water all over the place. It is always cold and the heater is not very good. ...

Older but still works. If you like a little more quiet area with less parties then this is the place for you. Prices are a little on the cheaper side. There is a pool and a hot tub. It would be better to live on the top floor if you can.

I lived there during the winter, and the walkways were always plowed. They had free breakfasts/lunches for us about once per month. There is a mold issue in nearly all the apartments. My roommate found mold behind her bed, which had spread to her mattress and pillows. ...

I think that the biggest thing that drew me to this place was the price and location. You won't find many places that are $900 a semester and right next to campus and a five-minute walk from the temple. I also really liked my ward, and especially my second semester. The people here are amazing and super humble. I will say that there is a price you have to pay for it. The bedrooms are spacey enough, but it is hard to have a bunch of people over because of how small the living spaces are, and the kitchen is definitely crowded, even if there are two people in it. I haven't had problems with maintenance though. They've usually been good about coming in within a day of when I've put in the maintenance requests. There is also a lounge with a pool, hottub, and some pool tables , and for those who play the piano, there's also a piano that they finally fixed the damper pedal on. Though this definitely isn't the nicest place on campus, I have really enjoyed having cheap housing for my first couple of semesters. I rented from fall 2018 through winter 2019. ...

They do not keep their parking lots and sidewalks clear of snow and ice. I and others have slipped and fallen and gotten hurt multiple times. My friend has a scar on his hand from falling on the ice. Also, the apartments are full of mildew and they do not do anything to take care of that problem. When they promise to do something, such as provide services or repair appliances they either do not follow through or they take weeks, sometimes MONTHS to follow through. More often than not they just do not follow through. I have lived here for years and it used to not be this bad until the current management was put into place. Now it has completely spiraled out of control and the management is terrible. I DO NOT recommend living here, it is a TERRIBLE place with TERRIBLE management. I will be leaving at the end of this semester and WILL NOT be returning. This site does not let you post below 1 star, but I give this place 0 out of 5 stars. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2019. ...

Lived there for one semester. One semester too long. The couches are like burlap, there's no overhead lighting so even if you fill the place with lamps (not provided), everything casts a shadow and it's dark and gloomy. The dishwasher has to be hooked up to the sink, effectively blocking off the tiny kitchen and making it unusable. No storage, antique vacuums that spark and stink, mold everywhere, and like others have said, they are cinder block cells. Water was seeping up between the linoleum tiles in the bathroom (ancient) and even though we were on the second floor and it could have been causing water damage to the apt below us, they didn't come to fix it until a week after we first told them. They promised us internet, but that never happened. The lounge is cool, and the ward was great, but everything else was really lame. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...

Why would I pay to live in cider block cells? I rented from winter '09 through summer 10.
