Hey everyone! We've got available rooms for rent in our house just down the street from NNU - move-in ready August 1st.

The house is really homey and has plenty of space:
- Big backyard (we've used it for BBQs and study sessions)
- Two living rooms so it never feels crowded
- A cute balcony and lots of storage
- Rooms can be furnished if you need it, or bring your own stuff

This place has been home to a group of NNU students before, and we'd love to keep it feeling like a fun, easygoing spot. Ideally looking for girls who are clean, friendly, and easy to live with.

We're flexible on leases - month-to-month or semester works, though staying longer is always nice!

Not set up for kids, but we can chat about pets if you have one.
