Brady Apartments - Studio with hardwood floors in nonsmoking buidling! - The historic Brady Apartments were built in the 1920's to house the opera singers that performed across the street at Hoyt Sherman Place! Since that time, the building has been lovingly maintained and updated while preserving all the original charm.

This apartments features a bay window with a window seat, a modern eat in kitchen with full sized appliances and a built in microwave, a small dressing room off the rest room, and nice sized closets. The living area has hardwood floors. The building offers coin operated laundry facilities, secured access doors, and free off street tenant parking. Heat and water are paid by the landlord, so the tenant pays only electricity.

The Brady is a smoke free community. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, in the common areas and on the grounds.
