Due to the impact of COVID-19, the well being of our tenants, staff & community are of high importance in our efforts to show our rental units. Face masks will be required. Shoe coverings & gloves will be provided for your use. Social distancing (6 feet apart) is required; we will meet you at the building and will stand outside the rental unit with the door open while you view the unit. We are limiting the number in the party to 2 people per showing, please have children remain supervised in your vehicle for safety reasons.

We have limited showings and you must pre-qualify with conditional approval prior to setting up an appointment.

1) Monthly Gross Income must be at least Twice the monthly rent amount
2) Good Credit History
3) Favorable References from current & prior Landlords
4) Criminal background will be checked
5) Proper ID, bank statement & latest month's pay stub
