Transportation is made simple with a bus stop conveniently located directly in front of the building. Four Paddle has a resident manager and security guard on duty. Amenities include a swimming pool, spa, and a community deck; however, please note that renovations to the pool deck are scheduled to begin June 19, 2023, with completion expected to conclude by the end of September during which time the pool deck and jacuzzi will not be accessible.
