The kitchen is well equipped but does not have a stove, per county rules. A photovoltaic system powers the entire house to keep electric costs down for all.

Once inside this very charming apartment, you will feel like you're in your very own private space, away from the road, and snug up to an old Monkey Pod tree over hanging the beautiful valley below. It is a very tranquil setting.
