The property also includes two guest bathrooms and two washer and dryer units for added convenience.

A few important notes about this property: Firstly, please be aware that it is built on post and pier, requiring steps to reach the front door. Secondly, there is no air conditioning, but the refreshing tradewinds provide an excellent breeze to keep the property cool. Additionally, there is a private gun ranch located 0.5 miles away, so occasional gunshots may be heard. Lastly, there are two horses on the property, and the owners kindly request that you refrain from feeding them.
