I'm a 27 year old male, looking for a roommate to share a brand new 3 bedroom 1,700 sq ft home located in beautiful Lagrange, GA. I work 40+ hours a week M-F and pretty much keep to myself. I like cooking/grilling and playing video games to blow off steam. I'm looking for two single people who are conscientious, dependable, and neat. The house has several common areas to share: kitchen/dining/living room on the main level with an led fireplace, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a laundry area upstairs, covered back patio and a good sized back yard. The two bedrooms are upstairs and share a linen closet and bathroom. The community is soon to have all kinds of amenities to include: swimming pool, pickle ball, basketball, walking trail & amphitheater to name a few.
