The room is spacious with a big walk in closet and a nice bathroom. The apartment includes a washer and dryer in the kitchen and a Livingroom with a nice balcony and it is furnished. The building has a pool and a game room, a bike center, a gym, and a studio to work in as well as a parking garage for residents. The building is walking distance from the SCAD Museum of art and Forsythe park. It is a good location to be close to much of downtown.
