were embarking on a remodel and update to a 4 bdrm house, less than a mile from campus. My son (sophomore will be looking to bring in 2 roommates, so were hoping to assemble list of interested parties to interview who would like to see space as soon as its closer to ready! We know students plan out their living arrangements early! House will be ready spring 2025 or after, will have new kitchen, come with some furnishing, pets negotiable.
