We are offering students an option to rent an rv with a 2 year agreement.
If you have an Rv you rent just the lot from $650-$850 depending on lot and if you want storage. No agreement needed, you can rent month to month. We put all students in the same area.

If you need an Rv your rent will start at $850-$950
We are gated and have have 24 hour surveillance cameras.
There is no pets or smoking allowed in the Rv you rent. We are a gated community with rules.
We already have a few students, come with your parents and take a tour. We have been open 15 months. We are quiet and we have free wifi, electric included, water included and one price for everything. We only charge for laundry which is open to our tenants 24 hours.
