Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Renters insurance is required. No smoking. ONLY two parking spaces are allowed per unit. Non-refundable pet fee of $500 plus $25 per month pet rent. Applicants must gross at least 3.5 times the monthly rent amount and provide proof of income. There is a $100 non-refundable application fee per adult which covers the credit check, background check, and previous rental history.
