I am offering a furnished Private Studio in my large Morningside home, 1.9 miles from Emory, in exchange for 10-15 hours per week of simple household chores plus some dog sitting. Chore hours are very flexible and can be set to accommodate your school schedule. This deal includes the use of my home gym, on-site laundry, and utilities, as long as these are not abused. There is a $50 fee for high-speed wireless internet and cable. Space offers lots of light and includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a great kitchen. This has been a great opportunity for both myself and Emory Grad Students over the last 15 years, you get free rent and utilities and I get a clean home and someone to take care of my dog when I go out of town for work. This offer is for a single male occupant only and absolutely NO SMOKING. Because this is a house share situation I am only interviewing male candidates.
