Bedroom has a private bath, huge closet, queen size bed set, brand new mattress, towels, linens, and a smart TV in the room already logged into Netflix and Hulu!$500 refundable security deposit with 1st month's rent is due at move-in. Month-to-month or 4 or 6 or 12 months leasing is OK. Military, Traveling Nurses, and Plant Workers are always welcome. No pets.
Application requirements: 2 references and employment verification. Individual yearly income must be at least three times the rent.
Current Roommate details: A full time student at AU / working female in her late 20's. She has two kitties living with her. They are fixed, and inside only. They don't do much of anything besides lay around her room.
