Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place a separate application. There is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is due, if approved, at the same time as first month's rent. You can apply via our website at www.rentbhgaugusta.com. Only applications through Better Homes and Gardens will be acceptable forms of applying. This home can only be held for up to 2 weeks from date of application placed/approval. Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. A credit score of 620 or higher, verified rental history, and a total monthly income of 3.5x the monthly rent are required for approval. If credit score falls slightly below 620 and an application is accepted, at least a double deposit will be required.
