Room 1, room 2 & room 3 all rooms on second floor comes with brand new double bed, small office table, office chair, storage rack & shared bath.

1. Single room $475+utilities available Jan 10th.
2. Single room for $500+utilities.
3. Single room for $530+utilities available Jan 2, 2023.

4. Huge queen master bedroom on first floor for $725+uti for 1 person, $825+uti for couples & ($500 each including utilities if shared by 2 students). Room comes with queen bed, 2x dressor/mirror, 2xnightstands, office table, office chair, mini refrigerator, microwave & attached master bathroom with master closet.

5. I am living with my rommate in it. So it is occupied.

House rules will be discused at the meeting which must be strictly followed.

Need 1 month prorated rent to the 15th, 1 month rent & 1 month deposit to move-in. Min 6 month Georgia roommate agreement must be signed. Please bring rent money, deposit money & your driver's license to move in. Rent is due on the 15th of every month. If not paid by the 20th you will be evicted with forfeiture of deposit. No alcohol, no cigs/ecigs, No evictions, no drugs, no criminal history, min credit 620 & must make 3.5x the rent to qualify.

Step 1: come and see the house. Please don't bother me if you think you don't qualify.

Step 2: Must perform a zillow soft credit check & background check to qualify for $29 (both the student and the cosigner). If interested, I will email you the background check link from zillow. There is no other application fees besides the zillow credit/background check fee. The credit check is done by zillow in collaboration with experian. The report sent to me does not contain any of your personal information like date of birth, social security number, etc. I am only provided the credit score and the criminal history. If the background check comes clean then,

Step 3 Is to sign the lease, pay me one month rent and pay me one month deposit. Please don't forget to bring your real/original driver's license to sign the contract.

For students:
This is not a party house or fun house. I am looking for students who are serious about studying. Your parents or at least one parent must co-sign the roommate agreement.
