5 furnished rooms with all utilities included to cater to all types of rooms ideal for working professionals or students or couples without kids. Washer & dryer in house. Wifi speed is 1200mbps or 1.2gbps with wired connection in master bedroom.

1. Shared room for $455 each for 2 people with shared bath ideally for college students or 2 friends.
2. Individual single separate independent room for $575 for 1 with shared bath.
3. Individual single separate independent room for $555 for 1 with shared bath.
4. Huge master bedroom downstairs for $850 for 1 working professional or 1 couple or shared at $475/each for 2 people. room comes with attached master bathroom & master closet.

All utilities included but water & electricity will be capped at $150 each to avoid abuse. So over $150 we have to split.

House rules:
1. No bringing of friends, relatives, guests, girl friends or prostitutes.
2. No alcohol, no drugs (no cannabis) or no smoking of any kind including evaps not even outside the house. I have asthma/bronchitis & extremely allergic to smoke.
3. No shoes in the house including bathroom slippers or winter shoes.
4. Using headphones all the time in the house.
5. Strictly follow quiet hours between 11pm to 07am. No kitchen/TV use during quiet hours.
6. TV is provided with very restricted access to avoid nuisance upon discretion of the owner.
7. Kitchen access only for vegetarian cooking only no meat or no egg cooking allowed.
8. Absolutely no pets of any kind.
9. Al the rooms come in as is condition.
10. You break any appliance, furniture, or any other damages then you will have to pay. You break, you pay.
11. There will be some shared common expenses every month.
12. Laundry hours are 09am to 09pm. Your laundry load must be in by 07pm.
13. Parking is $55/mo. for the whole driveway but off-street parking is free.

I need 1 month prorated rent to the 15th, 1 month rent to next month 15th & 1 month deposit for asap move-in. Min 6 month Georgia roommate agreement but preferred 12 months to be signed by you. Please bring money & your driver's license to move in. Rent is prorated to the 15th of every month. So, your next rent will be due the following month on the 15th. Thanks.
