Just bought this place in April 2022. Can offer renter their own secured room, bathroom, possible garage space, kitchen, own refrigerator, microwave, bed, dresser. Looking for 4 month commitment. Sharing the place with a 40s age couple who are non-smoker but wonderful people. We are college administrators at PHSC - working district wide but reporting to the New Port Richey campus for last 16 years. we have 2 dogs- Boston Terrier & a poodle looking dog already so please don't bring any pets. We will cover the utilities.
