Looking for someone to take over my lease starting August 15th. The lease will last until July 2026, so it's only for anyone planning a full stay for an academic year at least. Will give credit for one month's rent/security deposit. The complex is called The Verge Orlando, and it is super close to the University of Central Florida, so it's ideal for a student. The campus shuttle bus goes to and from the complex and is very reliable. The offer is for one private bedroom with a shared bathroom with one other person. All roomates are male.
