Community amenity devices (Gate and Pool) are purchased directly from the community manager and are not included with the cost of the rent. Gate remotes are $50.00 and pool cards are $25.00. Mailbox keys are handled directly by the USPS, resident must go to the local USPS office to receive their key.
This home requires a two step application process. Prospects will first apply with Compass Property Management Group, whose application requirements can be found at www.compasspmg.com. The prospects then must be approved by Nature's Hideaway whose requirements are below. Please also call our office (904) 598-1557 for a full copy of the NH application. Applications can take 7-14 business days to complete both applications.
Nature's Hideaway Minimum Application Requirements
β’ Applicants and all occupants 18 or older must have no evictions for the prior five years.
In the event of an eviction at Natureβs Hideaway, any possessions placed on the curb must be
removed after 24 hours. Bulk items may not be left at the compactor as the association does
not have a budget for bulk item pick-up. Owners are billed $100 for each item left outside the
compactor. All boxes must be completely broken down, so the compactor does not jam.
β’ Applicants and all occupants 18 or older must have a minimum credit score of 600.
β’ Gross Income for all applicants must equal three times monthly rent.
Nature's Hideaway Automatic Applicant Denials:
β’ Rental history within the past five years where previous landlord refuses to re-rent to
applicant or adult occupant. Rental history reflecting unpaid property damages
β’ Prior convictions for the illegal manufacture and/or distribution of a controlled substance,
criminal offenses with a firearm, or violence (including domestic).
