Easy commute for cars and bicycles as there are multiple car routes as well as bicycle lanes to the school. There is also plenty of parking on the property.

- Rent for each of the 2 bedrooms in the separate unit is $825 per month.
- Rent for main unit bedroom with own bathroom is $875 per month.
