About U CLUB Summer Sublease
Looking to sublease my room at U Club on Woodward from May 1st to July 31st! Rent is $734 not including utilities. (girls only please, my other 3 roommates are girls lol). You'd have your own room, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet on the 2nd floor in a 4x4 townhouse, an in-unit washer/dryer, a full kitchen, and free parking. It's an 8-minute walk to campus and it's in a great location! Completely furnished.
