I am looking to rent the master bedroom in my home out to a student, I am 0.8 miles from Ringling College, on the west side of 41, only 200 yards from Ringling Musseum & intercoastal water, your room has its own master bathroom complete with classic cast-iron tub, also adjacent to complete laundry room with new washer and dryer, its like having your own mini suite. Only one person in my home, so your not contending with 2 or 3 other people, you have full use of the home other than my bedroom, The home is completely furnished with 65" curve Hi Def TV and sound system, Infinity TV and internet service with HBO, Hulu, Disney ect. new stainless fridge, oven & dishwasher, there's a sunroof out the back i plan on turning into a gym you'd be welcome to use, and the front sunroom turned into a sitting room with high top table & 2 barstools with stereo system. Your room was used as an office, so if you had your own bedroom furniture that would be great, if not, given a little time, I can get some bedroom furniture, I have a very nice blow up bed my sister when she visits from Virginia uses you could use till I do. I prefer no smokers or pets. I do have 1 cat who's a sweetheart and would consider ONE cat if it was friendly.
