Hi! I have a bedroom in 3/2 shared house with POOL coming available August 1st, or possibly before.

The house is located in Sapphire Shores, Northwest Sarasota (Ringling Museum/New College/ Ringling Art School area). Perfect for college student!

The available room is the large (250 sq. ft.) master with small private ensuite bathroom and large (50 sq. ft.) walk-in closet, and 2 private entrances (1 inside, 1 outside that is a sliding glass door to backyard, both with private locks). Comes furnished with full size bed, desk, TV, built in dresser and bookshelves. It includes shared living areas and kitchen, laundry room, and one covered parking spot.

Current 2 roommates are mid-twenties males. Both stay pretty much to themselves in their rooms on the other side of the house.
Price is $1200 per month, first and last due at move in, all utilities including wireless internet included. It will be a monthly lease to make things more flexible for you if needed but can definitely go longer. Cats are welcome and possibly dogs.
