We offer individual leases so that everyone in the home is protected with their own contract and responsible for themselves only, not their housemates. Students can live with their friends and peers without the worry of being legally and financially responsible for others on the same lease.

We have been a full-service, fully-staffed, dorm alternative student housing company for almost 20 years. Serving students and our community is important to us. In an effort to make our housing as accessible as possible, a limited number of rental rate spaces may be negotiable in the case of student financial constraints. However, please understand that our rental rates in general are not negotiable and our intention is to make this option available only to the few, select students who may most need it.
