- FIRST MONTH RENT
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (THE SAME AS THE RENT)
- LAST MONTHS RENT
- PROOF OF INCOME ( PAY STUB , SSI)
- $25 FOR BACKGROUND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
