I have a lovely 100 yr old 5 bedroom home walking distance to Ringling College. I've hosted both Ringling and New college students for over 20 years. This is a SHARED space with my husband and I. We both work full time, travel a lot, have our bedroom chill space on another floor/level than yours and love sharing our home with the right person and enjoy the youthful energy. If your looking for a home environment on a budget this might be the place for you. We can interact as much or as little as you like. Price includes everything. Available as early as June 15th.
