The common areas are shared (living room, kitchen & washer & dryer). The floor plan is highlighted to show which room it is. This is the biggest room of the shared quad (the room has a window that also overlooks the pool and it's on the 4th floor). The Electrical bill is split among 4 roommates. The mgmt. office will split the electrical bill (4 ) ways and it will show in your portal monthly. I have paid monthly approximately $40 to $45 for the electricity.
