Subleasing a 1x1 in a 4x4

I'm willing to pay the first 2 months' rent.

One bedroom suite in a regular 4/4 all-girls apartment. Unit is furnished, containing all appliances, including brand new dryer and washing machine. The living area is fully furnished, TV included. Hardwood floor throughout the entire apartment, carpet in bedrooms. The bedroom contains a full-size bed with a desk and chair as well as a walk-in closet with a dresser. The building amenities include a pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, and study rooms. Lark also offers shuttles to and from campus that arrive every 10 minutes or so from morning to fairly late at night. The lease begins August 14th, 2021 ends July 29th, 2022.
