About Student Sub-Lease Riverwind at Alafaya
I am sub-leasing a fully furnished (by the property) 1-BR apartment with private bathroom in the room. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished with 3 other individual bedrooms/roommates. Roommates are put in the suite by the apartment complex. Lease can begin ASAP and runs through July 31. I am willing to pay the required $150 application fee and $225 Security Deposit to sweeten the pot.
