I just purchased this property. PLEASE read the first paragraph in the Airbnb link above for description. I should have new photos of the home staged by next week - May 20th -ish. But in the interim, you can see what the furniture will look like and the rooms thus far. Photos will be much better soon. The painting will be done by this weekend. Pool will be complete within a month. Landscaping has been done, new roof, new pool deck, new stainless appliances. Parking is in driveway or on the grass near the street. Can hold up to 6 vehicles

I have a property very close to FIT that has 4 bedrooms and a mother in law suite. The mother in law suite has AC and electrical, WIFI as well as the main house. Main house also has water, shared kitchen, living room, dining area and baths.

This property comes furnished. Ideally, I am looking for 5-12 students to share this house. You pay for electric, water and WIFI. I take care of the pool and grass. You will be responsible to pitch in for water, electric and wifi and divide with other students and pay those bills on time. You will get a bill and it will need to be paid immediately.

I am planning on furnishing this with the following beds
Room 1 - Master - 1 king bed w private bath - $1300 a month - (1 bed)
Room 2 1 queen bed - single bunk top and bottom - $1200 a month - (4 beds)
Room 3 1 queen bed - $1000 a month - (1 bed)
Room 4 - Large room - 4 full beds, 1 single - top bunk, bottom bunk, trundle and full bunk w a single bunk on top - $2000 a month - (5 beds)
Room 5 - Mother in Law suite - 1 queen bed - I may privately rent this or any other rooms out on Airbnb if the house is not full w students. - $1200 a month - (1 bed)

There are discounts if you pay your rents by room, in advance, 3 or 6 months at a time.
