BEDROOM 2- 1 queen bed, 2 single beds $1000 a month - (3 beds) shared bath - PHOTOS # 7, 8 AND 9 PHOTO 10 is the shared bath

BEDROOM 3 1 queen bed - $1100 a month - (1 bed) - shared bath
PHOTOS are #10 for shared bath and PHOTOS #11 and 12 ***AVAILABLE STARTNG SEPT 1 OR LATE AUG.

BUNK BEDROOM- $1000/mo for 2 people - custom quote for more than 2 people.
4 full beds, 1 single bed w PRIVATE BATH - Bunk #1 - full top bunk, full bottom bunk, full trundle. BUNK Bunk #2 - full bed on bottom bunk and single bunk on top bunk. $2000 a month - (5 beds) PHOTOS #13, 14, 15, 16, 17

There are 11 beds, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, kitchen w new stainless appliances, covered patio, laundry in house, free parking.

This property is very close to FIT( 1mile) that has 4 bedrooms and a mother in law suite. The mother in law suite has AC and electrical, WIFI. Main house has water, electrical, WIFI, central AC/heat, kitchen, living room, dining areas and all baths.

FULLY FURNISHED - beds, closets, dressers, living room furniture, dining room furniture, kitchen table, outdoor furniture, grill, all kitchen appliances (stainless fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave) ,washer, dryer, pots, pans, dishes, etc., backyard and pool.

FREE PARKING - On the driveway, or front yard to the S and N of driveway on the grass next to the street.

POOL - is currently not available to use. It needs to be resurfaced and I am on a waiting list to get this done. I am hoping by the end of June, it will be finished.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BRING YOUR OWN LINENS - bedding, towels.
UTILITIES - If you are renting for longer than one month, you must pitch in for electric and water. You will be responsible to pay equally distributed water, electric divided with other renters and pay those bills on time. You will get a bill for your portion via text and those two bills will need to be paid immediately. If not paid within 5 days, you are subject to eviction.


There are DISCOUNTS if you pay your rents by room, in advance, 3 or 6 months at a time.
There are DISCOUNTS if you bring more renters to me.
