PLEASE read below for accurate prices per room. There are 10 beds, 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, kitchen w new stainless appliances, covered patio, laundry in house, can park up to 6 vehicles.

I have a property very close to FIT that has 4 bedrooms and a mother in law suite. The mother in law suite has AC and electrical, WIFI. Main house has water, electrical, central AC/heat, kitchen, living room, dining areas and all baths.

This property comes furnished. Ideally, I am looking for 5-9 people to share this house. You pay for electric, water. I take care of WIFI,the pool and grass. You will be responsible to pitch in for water, electric and wifi and divide with other renters and pay those bills on time. You will get a bill and it will need to be paid immediately.

FULLY FURNISHED - beds, closets, dressers, living room furniture, dining room furniture, outdoor furniture, grill, all kitchen appliances (stainless fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave) ,pots, pans, dishes, etc.

I just purchased this property. PLEASE read the first paragraph in the Airbnb link above for description. I should have new photos of the home staged by next week - May 20th -ish. But in the interim, you can see what the furniture will look like and the rooms thus far. Photos will be much better soon. The painting will be done by this weekend. Pool will be complete within a month. Landscaping has been done, new roof, new pool deck, new stainless appliances. Parking is in driveway or on the grass near the street. Can hold up to 6 vehicles.

POOL - is currently not available to use. It needs to be resurfaced and I am on a waiting list to get this done.

I am furnishing this with the following beds
Room 1 - Master - 1 queen bed w private bath - $1300 a month - (1 bed)
Room 2 1 queen bed, 2 single beds $1100 a month - (2 beds) shared bath
Room 3 1 queen bed - $1000 a month - (1 bed) - shared bath
Room 4 - Large room - 4 full beds, full top bunk, full bottom bunk, full trundle and full bed and separate bath $2000 a month - (5 beds)
Room 5 - Mother in Law suite - 1 queen bed - $800 a month - (1 bed) shared bath

There are DISCOUNTS if you pay your rents by room, in advance, 3 or 6 months at a time.
There are DISCOUNTS if you bring more renters to me.
