Turnaround time is up to 30 days for regular application and up to 15 days for expedited processing. You MAY NOT move in without approval from the condo association. It takes between 1-5 business days to process the application. You should receive a text when your application is processed. If you do not receive a text after 5 business days, please contact us for your results.

IF YOU ARE A SECTION 8 TENANT, when you get to the employer section, put Section 8 and voucher size as your employer and your address/info for employer info. Please upload a copy of your voucher.

- FIRST MONTH RENT
- SECURITY DEPOSIT (SAME AS THE RENT AMOUNT)

- $25 FOR BACKGROUND IS NON-REFUNDABLE
