I'm looking for one (preferably a guy or someone who would be comfortable living with a guy) subleaser to take over one private bedroom/bathroom in a 2x2 furnished (you would be living with a male FSU student ) at elevate apartments for $775** (utilities not included). Apartment is walking distance from FAMU and 5mins from FSU by car. (You can walk but it's about a 10-15min walk to FSU). Move in would be August and the lease is for the full year.
