While this property has elevator access and a walk-in shower with separate tub, it is not ADA compliant. Please note: For the safety of our guests we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays.

We love animals but the association has strict rules that must be abided by. Service animals must be disclosed in advance. Guest agrees to complete required pet screening, submit photos and vaccine records at least 7 days prior to guests’ arrival for HOA approval. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival.

Five minutes down the road you will find another award winning championship course…The King & Bear. Onsite you have access to a heated outdoor pool and a fitness center. Nearby, long term guests also have access to the King & Bear lap pool, zero entry pool, tennis courts, and additional amenities (all subject to COVID restrictions). The Circles of Wellness Spa, great restaurants and a shopping outlet mall are about five to seven minutes away. Only twenty minutes away you will find sandy white sparkling beaches and historic Old Town St. Augustine where you will experience remarkable history, restaurants, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, tours, and festivals throughout the year.

To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away.
