Looking for a male student to take over my lease in a 2 by 2 apartment at Eagle Landing. Available January 1st, 2025 lease ends July 31st, 2025 with option to renew for 2025-2026. Current roommate is a clean and quiet male that is a flight instructor at ERAU. Lease is for a bedroom with private bathroom in a furnished apartment, kitchen and living room are shared spaces. Plenty if parking in lots. Apartment is on a hill, so no risk of flooding from Florida storms. There is a shuttle to ERAU, it is about a 5 minute drive or an easy walk to campus and is close to Daytona State as well. Utilities are not included and range from 50-80 a month. Re-let process is done safely through the Eagle Landing office. Lots of great amenities at Eagle Landing!
