Seeking a roommate to sublet my apartment to while traveling abroad for study. 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. I'm looking to sublease 1 unit. The unit comes with its own bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a bed, desk, and chair. Our apartment is on the top floor with a view of the pool. The unit for sublease is a corner room, so there's privacy and quiet.
Can lock individual door from inside and outside using the key fob. The entire apartment complex is very safe, requiring the key fobs to access most areas. The communal living space in our apartment would already be decorated and fully furnished. There is a full kitchen with an island. Also a couch, 2 sitting chairs, and a TV. We control the air conditioning in our apartment.
The other two bedrooms are rented by girls, so we are looking for a female roommate.

Monthly payment: $1,768 includes rent, all utilities, including Wifi, community fee and insurance!
VOX is very conveniently close to the University of Miami, Dadeland Mall, Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. Building is a 1-minute walk to the South Miami Metrorail.
The building management fosters a sense of community through monthly fun events for the residents.
One of my favorite amenities is the pool and the rooftop area. These are great to hang out with neighbors or friends.
I've lived at VOX for two years and love it, couldn't recommend it higher!
