Student apartment is available for rent on March 1st! The rent is $950 a month with a $25 parking fee. The complex has a gated parking garage with spots available on each floor. Wifi is provided with every apartment, as is a TV in both the living room AND bedroom. The apartment is located five minutes from the USF Tampa campus and twenty minutes from downtown. The bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen will come fully furnished as well. Must be a female renting due to the complex policy.
